Description

We proudly present the newest member of the legendary Westin swimbait family – Gunnar The Goby! This Hyper Realistic design mimics gobies, the most common prey of zander and perch in European rivers and lakes. Gunnar can be combined with all the modern bottom fishing techniques for zander and perch. The rigged version (R2F) is ready to fish and ideal for slow jigging with fast starts along the bottom. The point of the super-sharp hook, embedded in a lead-free stand-up harness, is also covered by the dorsal fin to work as a weed guard. Gunnar imitates the typical swimming action of a real goby, slipping easily between stones, and always lands on the super-flexible pectoral fins, just like a real fish, in a ‘hook up’ position, in the perfect position to be engulfed by a hungry predator.
