The Marabou Bloods feathers receive their name from the growth cycle of feathers on a bird and the blood feathers are the newest feathers to grow. This means the feathers are soft and fresh which will help provide your fly with an incredible natural movement in the water.

These feathers have a consistent length and are perfect for tying Cormorant fly patterns, wings and tails. The feather also has a thin stem so they can also be used for hackles when wound round a hook or tube and the feather will pulse realistically in the water.
